StatoilHydro Frame Agreement  SAP4600012530 with TAI Milano.

Head of Strategic Procurement Frame Agreement in StatoilHydro, Mrs. Gunn Vik Grønhaug, signed the agreement for PSV Valves in a meeting in Bergen Tuesday 25.08.2009.  Mr. Ivan Contu from TAI Milano - responsible for the Norwegian market - signed the agreement on behalf of TAI Milano.

TAI Milano S.p.A., with offices in Milano, and factory in Guardamiglio, have been a Frame Agreement supplier to Statoil / StatoilHydro since 1996.  The new agreement is valid for 4 years, with options for 2+2+2 years, and covers PILOT-, and SPRING operated valves, PILOT operated valves for WET GAS,  SPRING operated valves for high backpressures, HIGH PRESSURE STEAM valve specifically designed for boiler application, and finally RUPTURE DISCS.
